Thomasville, GA (02/18/2026) — Southern Regional Technical College (SRTC) is proud to announce that 38 SkillsUSA club members will advance to the SkillsUSA Georgia State Leadership and Skills Conference, taking place February 19-21 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The three-day competition will kick off with an opening ceremony on Thursday, February 19, celebrating the competitors and their remarkable achievements. This event will bring together students, educators, and industry professionals across the state to recognize the hard work and dedication of Georgia's finest career and technical education students. Following the ceremony, students will take to the competition floor with automotive events at Caliber Collision in Atlanta and welding at the Georgia World Congress Center. Additional competitions will continue on Friday, February 20, with the Awards Ceremony scheduled for Saturday, February 21.
